Shipping and Return Policy


Rates and charges

The shipping rate for all products is based on shipping destination, weight and dimension. Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges.

How orders are processed

Orders will be shipped and your credit card will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ship orders received on the same business day (excluding holidays/weekends).


Sales tax will be added to orders as necessary to meet requirements of the destination state.

Notification of order

We will send a confirmation e-mail shipment notification to inform you when your order has shipped, but point-to-point or in-transit information may not be available.

Pick-up is an Option

If you live in or near our location and wish to pickup your order, please specify details on the form at checkout and we will notify you when your order is available for pickup. For pick-up, we are only available during our regular tasting room hours of Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 5pm. The pick-up location is our Green Bluff Tasting Room located at 8022 E Green Bluff Rd. Colbert, WA.


Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of our wines. If you receive a bottle of wine that you are not satisfied with, please let us know and we will determine a solution.

For wine shipments, please let us know if you receive a shipment in damaged condition that has compromised the quality of the wines. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly.
